An Exercise for the New Year
Dear friends,
We are at the end of a year, starting a new Jewish year.
It is during these days that I look back at the passing year, and even if some days were more challenging, I remember to be thankful.
Thank you for the chance to correct and change, thank you for a loving family, thank you for friendships and unconditional love.
Thank you to all of god’s creatures around me.
Thank you for the opportunity to walk this world with others, and experience the wonders of the world’s creations.
I walk the path and ask, how can we continue to contribute to change on this wonderful planet, which allows us free will.
I walk the path and remember we have a commitment to remember and pass on knowledge.
I walk the path and ask to encounter more humility and compassion.
I walk the path and ask god to keep us safe from hatred and fear among people and countries.
I walk the path and ask for forgiveness if we have somehow disrupted higher dimensions with violence and lack of tolerance.
I walk the path and ask for a moment to stop and see what world we want to create.
I walk the path, and I am grateful for the opportunity to keep walking it.
I wish us all a simple and loving year.
With all my love,
Idit
