Meditation Walk 

​Here is a way to incorporate the Rebirthing breathwork in your daily walk.

Observe the quality of your breath.

Observe the thoughts that arise, and unpack resistances.

Connect to a positive thought, and with each step you take, breathe into the pain that you may feel (whether emotional or physical). Take a deep breath and reinstate the positive thought that accompanies you in your walk.

 

Breathe in strength, and clear away fear.

Breathe in love, and clear away pain.

Breathe in innocence, and clear away guilt.

Feel that you can let go of the pain, fear and guilt.

I have the ability to find courage within me, to open myself again to trusting the process of life.

 

With each step you take, breathe in life and fill your body with joy and creativity.

With each step you take, feel as though you are walking within life's scenery, and not just looking at it from the outside.

Keep breathing, and connect to the whole.

Observe the quality of your breath and where it may be blocked. Then, close your eyes, and breathe ten deep breaths to the blocked location.

I’m reminding you that our breathing technique is circular, through the mouth and into the Heart Chakra.

Let the breathing connect you with one positive thought that will accompany you for the rest of the day.

I breathe in and expand,

I breathe in

and recognize the pain,

I breathe in

and I trust life.
